We’re thrilled to announce a major milestone for our Grand & Adams development— a dynamic mixed-use building in Hoboken’s North End. Recent approval from the zoning board will allow us to transform a half-acre of underutilized land into a new six-story luxury apartment building featuring 58 upscale apartments, 13,000 square feet of retail and office space, and a parking garage.
