Peter joined Advance in 2010 and has worked in every part of the organization, starting his career in Asset Management and moving into Development & Business Development.  Peter has worked closely with municipalities though the redevelopment process; garnering trust and respect with local communities, and stakeholders along the way.

Peter has participated in the development, acquisition, disposition and management of more than 20 million square feet of residential, retail, life sciences, office and industrial projects across the state.

He currently sits on the Town Council in the Borough of Far Hills, NJ, the Board of the Somerset County Business Partnership, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Junior Achievement North, Choose New Jersey, The New Jersey State Chamber, and various private companies.

Peter holds a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, and an MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
