Advance Realty, a leading Northeast owner and developer of Class A office, mixed-use and flex-space properties, today announced that SAIC, a government software contractor, has signed a new 9,624-square-foot lease at Metro East Office Park in Landover, Md.
Amanda Davis and Pete Briskman of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant in this transaction, while Ken Fellows of Edge Commercial represented Advance Realty.
SAIC made the decision to relocate from Lanham, Md., to the five-story, 150,000-square-foot, 8400 Corporate Drive building at Metro East Office Park due to its modern amenities and highly sought-after locations.
