Advance Realty Announces Continued Leasing Activity at 45240 Business Court in Sterling, VA

Technologies Solutions Firm Verite Group Signs 4,976-Square-Foot Lease at Strategically Located Class A Office Building

Advance Realty, a leading Northeast owner and developer of Class A office, mixed-use and flex-space properties, today announced that Verite Group, Inc. has signed a 4,976-square-foot lease at 45240 Business Court, its four-story office building in Sterling, Va.

This lease marks the relocation of Verite Group’s headquarters from Herndon, Va. to 45240 Business Court, a 71,750-square-foot, Class A office property that features extraordinary office spaces and is complimented by a dramatic two-story atrium with rose marble and mahogany wood paneling.

In the transaction, Kelly McBride of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant, Verite Group, a government contractor that was formed in 2003 to provide sophisticated technology solutions for the private and public sectors.

Verite Group partners with commercial and government-sector customers to design and build technology products for security, information management, situational awareness and data analysis, amongst additional applications.

Carter Byrnes of CB Richard Ellis represented Advance Realty in the transaction.
