Advance Realty Announces Lease at Avion Office Park in Chantilly, Va.
Advance Realty, a leading Northeast owner and developer of Class A office, mixed-use and flex-space properties, today announced that The American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN) has renewed its 14,817-square-foot lease at 3635 Concorde Parkway, one of the buildings that make up Avion Office Park in Chantilly, Va.
Stephen H. Spencer, SIOR, with NAI KLNB, LLC, represented ARIN in the transaction, while David J. Fisher, Senior Vice President and Regional Managing Director for Advance Realty’s Washington D.C. region, represented Advance.
Established in December 1997, ARIN is a Regional Internet Registry that provides domain locations.

Advance Realty owns seven buildings at Avion Office Park, totaling 576,000 square feet.
The site is located in Northern Virginia’s Route 28 South submarket, offering convenient access to rich amenities and is only four miles from Dulles International Airport. The park also provides tenants with convenient access to the area’s major thoroughfares, including the Dulles Toll Road, Interstate 66 and the capital beltway.
