Industrial Development Features More Than 600,000 Square Feet of Flex Space in the Heart of Somerset County

Combined, the leases total more than 100,000 square feet.

Northeast Power Dry, a water damage restoration specialist, signed a new lease for 7,200 square feet at 1EA Chimney Rock Road.
Mercury Insurance, a leading independent broker and agency writer of automobile insurance and one of the fastest growing insurers in the country, has doubled the size of its lease at MiddleBrook Crossroads to 10,124 square feet for records storage.
Steps to Literacy, a supplier of elementary educational materials, has also extended and expanded its long-term lease at MiddleBrook Crossroads to 31,200 square feet for its warehouse distribution and headquarters. Steps to Literacy now occupies the entirety of 4E Easy Street within the development.
Lease extensions at MiddleBrook Crossroads include Delancy Tool, a wholesale close-out retail hardware trade and industrial supply house, which extended its lease for 24,000 square feet at 8E Easy Street; Publishers Circulation, the nation’s largest independent newspaper home delivery distributor, renewed its long-term lease for 14,640 square feet at 7E Easy Street and Bridgewater Vehicle extended its 26,400-square-foot lease at 13E Easy Street within the development.
