Advance Realty Announces More Than 102,000 Square Feet of Lease Transactions at Metro East Business Campus in Landover, Md.
Advance Realty, a leading Northeast owner and developer of Class A office, mixed-use and flex-space properties, today announced that it has completed three lease transactions, totaling 102,866 square feet, at Metro East Business Campus in Landover, Md.

The following lease transactions were recently completed at Metro East Business Campus:
• Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, a government contractor, has expanded its lease at 8300 Professional Place. The company now occupies the entirety of the three-story, 60,860-square-foot, brick building, which features a lobby with stone flooring and wall treatments. In order to address the space requirements of Northrop, Advance successfully relocated four of the building’s previous tenants to other buildings within the company’s Metro East portfolio. Todd Bosley and Tim Jaeger of CB Richard Ellis represented Northrop in the transaction. Fisher represented Advance Realty.
• IRS/GSA has renewed its 39,258-square-foot lease at 8100 Corporate Drive, a four-story, 90,753-square-foot brick building featuring a four-story atrium with granite flooring, detailed millwork and matching wall covering.
• Powell Electrical has assigned a 2,748-square-foot lease at 8200 Professional Place, a one-story, 28,601-square-foot brick building featuring separate entrances into each tenant suite with individual tenant signage. Dean Stiles of Cushman and Wakefield represented Powell Electrical, in the transaction. Rob Pugh of Edge Commercial represented Advance Realty.
Tenants of Metro East Business Campus enjoy access to on-site amenities, including a fitness center, hotel and deli.
