Advance Realty Announces More Than 65,000 Square Feet of Leasing Activity at One Gateway Center in Newark, N.J.
NEWARK, N. J. The new leases and renewals total more than 65,000 square feet, including a 40,000-square-foot, long-term lease with EpsteinBeckerGreen, one of the nation’s leading law firms.

• Landman, Corsi, Ballaine & Ford, P.C., a civil litigation firm with offices in Manhattan, Newark and Philadelphia. The law firm renewed and expanded its long-term lease to approximately 16,000 square feet of office space. The company was represented by David Goldstein and Allyson Bowen of Studley.
• SOFGEN, a niche consultancy group specializing in private, commercial and retail banking, signed a new lease for 3,465 square feet of office space.
• SEB – NY, an international banking firm, signed a new lease for 1,500 square feet of office space.
• Rovida, a private investment firm, signed a new lease for 1,500 square feet of office space. Rovida was represented by Eric Ladden and Roger Cantor of Cornerstone Real Estate.
• Radin Consulting, a private scientific consulting company, renewed its lease for 1,500 square feet of office space. The tenant was represented by Bryn Cinque and Jim Bailey of FirstService Williams.
• Talk Market, an e-marketing and micro-shopping network, signed a new lease for 1,350 square feet of office space. The tenant was represented by Richard Charles of CB Richard Ellis.
