Advance Realty Announces that Bedminster, N.J. Portfolio is 100 Percent Occupied

• At 1430 Route 206, Advance Realty secured a long-term, 9,747-square-foot lease with Amarin Pharmaceuticals Ireland Ltd. for its U.S. headquarters. John Cunningham, executive managing director at Colliers International, represented Amarin.
• Ameriprise signed a renewal for 2,565 square feet at 1420 Route 206. Leo Paytas, senior vice president at CB Richard Ellis, along with Sherry Blair, transaction manager, represented the financial advisory firm.
• Also at 1420 Route 206, UBS signed a new lease for 3,300 square feet of additional office space. Jim Postell, executive director at Cushman & Wakefield, represented UBS.
• At 1545 Route 206, Olsen Financial, a division of Northwestern Mutual Financial Network signed a new lease for 5,122 square feet. Remy DeVarenne of CBRE represented Olsen Financial.
