Advance Realty — a leading Northeast U.S. owner, developer and manager of Class A office, multifamily, mixed-use and flex-space properties — today announced that it has hired Jared Minatelli as director of asset management.
Supporting the company’s continued growth and high-profile project portfolio, Minatelli will work alongside Advance’s Barry Quiner in overseeing the day-to-day operation of its regional assets. Minatelli will jointly supervise the development and implementation of property-specific value enhancement strategies with regards to both the company’s current projects and acquisition pipeline. In addition, he will jointly oversee the company’s leasing initiatives.
Minatelli joins Advance from Onyx Equities, LLC, where he held the role of senior vice president of asset management and leasing. During his time with Onyx, Minatelli was responsible for investment management activities including the strategic planning, leasing and capital programming and the day-to-day operations of Onyx’s 6 million-square-foot portfolio of owned assets. In addition, Jared assisted with the development and administration of company-wide standard operating procedures, and oversaw staffing, regional property management and construction management teams.
Prior to joining Onyx, Jared was an Asset Manager for Madison Capital, where he assisted in the acquisition of assets and was responsible for the repositioning and management of day-to-day operations of a $225 million portfolio consisting of retail, commercial office and multifamily assets.

Minatelli received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Richmond, with a concentration in finance.
