Advance Realty Completes More Than 14,000 SF in Lease Transactions at 400 Riverview Plaza in Trenton

MIDJersey Chamber of Commerce Relocates to 4,734-SF Space at Class-A Building

BRIDGEWATER, N.J. — Advance Realty, a leading Northeast U.S. owner and developer of Class A retail, office, multifamily, mixed-use and industrial-flex properties, today announced 14,000 square feet in lease transactions at 400 Riverview Plaza, a 30,000-square-foot, two-story office building situated along the Delaware River waterfront in Trenton, N.J.

MIDJersey Chamber of Commerce leased 4,738 square feet at the property, which is situated adjacent to Trenton’s Waterfront Park, home of the Trenton Thunder.

Attracted to the space, in large part, because it can accommodate a stand-alone, 42-seat conference center that will allow the MIDJersey Chamber to host regular events for its member businesses, the organization will relocate from nearby Hamilton Township.

Gerry Fennelly, president of NAI Fennelly, represented Advance as the building’s exclusive leasing agent, while Colliers Executive Managing Director Thomas Romano represented the MIDJersey Chamber.

In addition, Advance announced deals with The Times of Trenton Publishing Corporation and Public Strategies Impact, a prominent government relations, public affairs and association management firm. Both companies recently renewed their leases at 400 Riverview Plaza for a total of 9,477 square feet.
