Advance Realty Completes Three New Leases in Washington D.C. Region
Advance Realty, a leading Northeast U.S. owner and developer of Class A office, mixed-use and flex-space properties, has announced three new leases totaling 26,084 square feet at properties within the company’s Washington D.C. area portfolio.
The new leases include:
The Solutions Developers Corporation, an award-winning Microsoft Gold Partner that develops IT strategies for the federal, commercial and association industries, which will be relocating from Reston, Va., to 45240 Business Court at Loudon Gateway Office Park in Sterling, Va. David Kinney of The Fred Ezra Company represented the tenant in its lease of 8,440 square feet in the four-story building. Terry Reiley of CB Richard Ellis represented Advance Realty in the transaction.
Trimble Navigation Limited, best known for its GPS technology and as a leading provider of advanced positioning solutions, which signed a lease for 13,681 square feet in the single-story building located at 3650 Concorde Parkway in Avion Business Park in Chantilly, Va. Junius Tillery of Equis Corporation represented the tenant in the transaction. Terry Reiley of CB Richard Ellis represented Advance Realty in the transaction.
Northrop Grumman Information Technology Inc., an information technology solutions service for the Department of Defense, renewed its lease for 3,963 square feet at 8300 Professional Place at Metro East Business Campus in Landover, Md. Michael Sullivan of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant in the transaction.
