Advance Realty Group, a leading Northeast U.S. owner and developer of Class A office properties, recently hosted its third annual “A-Team Awards” event at the Highlawn Pavilion in West Orange, New Jersey, where it recognized the real estate professionals who completed the largest leasing transactions with Advance in 2006.
Each year, as part of the “A-Team Awards,” Advance gives special recognition to the brokers, attorneys and architects whose performance and efforts help Advance maintain its market leadership position. As part of this unique program, “A-Team Award” recipients will be inducted into the Advance Realty Group “Hall of Fame.” The annual awards event also acknowledges the broker who consummated the largest lease of the year as the “Most Valuable Broker of the Year.”
“We’ve had an overwhelmingly successful year and accomplished so many high profile transactions, culminating in over 500,000 square feet of leasing,” said Peter J. Cocoziello, CEO of Advance Realty Group. “I want to congratulate our “A-Team Award” winners, as we wouldn’t have achieved these results without their help. Along with other friends and colleagues in the real estate community, the “A-Team Award” winners contribute year after year to Advance’s marketplace success and leadership position.”
