New Interior Advertising Agreement to Deliver Substantial Donations to Charitable Organizations Through Advance Realty Foundation
Advance Realty Group, a leading Northeast U.S. owner and developer of Class A office properties, today announced that it has initiated a series of security, branding and advertising enhancements and additions at its One Gateway building that will bring substantial benefits to tenants, to area charitable organizations, and to the thousands of people traveling through the Gateway complex on a daily basis.
Committed to providing superior services and amenities to tenants and visitors, Advance Realty Group is implementing the following at One Gateway, which is 97 percent leased:
Access Control Turnstiles: Electronic turnstiles are being installed in One Gateway’s main lobby to improve existing security systems by providing electronic access to all existing tenant cardholders and approved visitors only. This is the final piece of security improvements that have included real time news via plasma screens, additional CCTV monitoring, and updates to access system hardware.
Exterior Signage Project: In an effort to further brand and create an identity for the building, “One Gateway” signs are being installed at the roof level facing north and west, making them easily visible from center city and McCarter Highway. In addition, Advance is installing ground level signs facing south on McCarter Highway and directly facing Penn Station. Not only do the new signs provide a great enhancement for visitors traveling to Gateway, they also provide easy identification for emergency service responders.
Clear Channel Advertising: New, modern advertising signage is being installed throughout the One Gateway concourse walkways, which have a daily pedestrian traffic flow of more than 12,000 pedestrians. All revenues generated through the advertising will be donated to the Advance Realty Foundation and will benefit Newark area charitable organizations.
Interior Signage: Advance is installing two sets of signs at the lobby level that will display prominent tenants and identify One Gateway, allowing pedestrian traffic to easily find tenants and identify the building location at the lobby level.
Wall Street Journal: Television monitors featuring Wall Street Journal content and related financial news will be prominently placed at all of the office tower elevator lobbies.
