Advance Realty Group Brings Bedminster, N.J., Portfolio to 100 Percent Occupancy with Eight New Leases

Advance Realty Group, a leading Northeast U.S. owner and developer of Class A office properties, today announced that it has signed eight new tenants to more than 52,000 square feet of leases at several of its Class A office buildings within the company’s Bedminster, N.J., portfolio, effectively bringing the portfolio to 100 percent occupancy.

Joining existing tenants at 1545 Route 206 are EKR Therapeutics with a 20,000-square-foot lease, and The Intelligence Group with a 6,700-square-foot lease. In these transactions, Advance’s exclusive leasing agents were Byrn Cinque and Jamie Drummund of GVA Williams, while Suzanne Newmark of Newmark Associates represented EKR Therapeutics, and Rich Gittleman of Triad Properties represented The Intelligence Group. At this building, Advance also signed Kamine Development Company to a 5,800-square-foot lease, and Getting Hired to a 4,000-square-foot lease. All four companies will use their individual new space as a headquarters office.

At its 1420 Route 206 office building, Advance Realty Group secured a long-term, 8,500-square-foot lease with Actel Corporation for its regional headquarters. Representing Actel in this transaction was Eric Ladden, principal and general manager of Cornerstone Real Estate. At 1400 Route 206, Advance Realty signed QRxPharma to a 3,546-square-foot lease for its headquarters.

Finally, at 1430 Route 206, Advance Realty Group secured a long-term, 2,262-square-foot lease with ProStrakan Group for its U.S. headquarters; and a long-term 2,142-square-foot lease with Kazan International for its new headquarters. In these transactions, Eric Ladden represented ProStrakan Group, and Mark Twentyman of Knightsbridge represented Kazan International.
