Advance Realty Group Closes over 115,600 Square Feet of Leases at MiddleBrook Crossroads in Bridgewater, NJ
Advance Realty Group, a leading owner and developer of Class A office properties in the Northeast, has recently inked four leases totaling over 115,600 square feet at its MiddleBrook Crossroads industrial park in Bridgewater, New Jersey, bringing this office/flex property to over 85 percent occupancy with 120,000 square feet remaining available.
New leases were signed on behalf of Vitakraft, a pet food and supply manufacturer, for 36,000 square feet; Delancy Tool Corp., a hardware wholesaler and retailer, for 31,200 square feet; Diakon Logistics, a national warehousing, logistics and home delivery company, for 22,000 square feet; and Bridgewater Acura car dealership for 26,400 square feet.
