Advance Realty Group Hosts First Annual “A-Team” Awards
Bedminster-based commercial real estate owner and developer, Advance Realty Group, recently hosted its first annual “A-Team Awards” event at One Gateway Center in Newark, New Jersey. Many of the industry’s professionals and business leaders were on hand to celebrate the evening’s festivities and to also tour the recently completed multi-million dollar repositioning at One Gateway Center.
The “A-Team Awards,” the vision of Robert R. Martie, senior vice president, recognized the professionals who completed the largest leasing and sales transactions with Advance Realty Group in 2004. As part of this unique program, “A-Team Award” recipients will be inducted into the Advance Realty Group “Hall of Fame.” The annual awards event also selects one broker who consummated the largest lease of the year as the “Most Valuable Broker of the Year.” Each year, as part of the “A-Team,” Advance will also give special recognition to its exclusive leasing agents, attorneys and architects whose performance and efforts help Advance maintain its market leadership position.
“The success that Advance enjoys in the marketplace would not be possible without the help of our friends and colleagues in the real estate community,” said Bob Martie. “In recognition of the value we place upon these relationships, Advance is proud to kick-off the first annual A-Team Awards. We congratulate all of this year’s award recipients and those who have participated in helping Advance achieve such outstanding results in 2004,” Martie continued.
