Advance Realty Group Hosts Second Annual “A-Team” Awards
Advance Realty Group, a Bedminster , NJ-based commercial real estate owner and developer, recently hosted its second annual “A-Team Awards” event at Highlawn Pavilion in West Orange, New Jersey. Over 160 of the commercial real estate industry’s professionals and business leaders were on hand to celebrate the evening’s festivities.
The “A-Team Awards,” the vision of Robert R. Martie, senior vice president and regional managing director, recognized the professionals who completed the largest leasing and sales transactions with Advance Realty Group in 2005. As part of this unique program, “A-Team Award” recipients will be inducted into the Advance Realty Group “Hall of Fame.” The annual awards event also selects one broker who consummated the largest lease of the year as the “Most Valuable Broker of the Year.” Each year, as part of the “A-Team,” Advance will also give special recognition to its exclusive leasing agents, attorneys and architects whose performance and efforts help Advance maintain its market leadership position.

Gregg Najarian, Daniel Foley, Chip Conklin and Peter Capuciati of Studley for the 209,000-square-foot, build-to-suit lease for Eisai Inc. at 100 Tice Boulevard in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey. The facility will serve as Eisai’s U.S. headquarters. Advance was represented in this transaction by its exclusive agent, CB Richard Ellis’ Carl Eriksen, Jeff Babikian and David Opper.
