Advance Realty Group’s Kurt Padavano Named BOMA International Member of the Year
Advance Realty Group, a Bedminster, New Jersey-based commercial real estate owner and developer, has announced Kurt Padavano, RPA, CPM®, FMA, SMA, Chief Operating Officer of Advance Realty Management, was recently named the BOMA International Outstanding Member of the Year for 2005. In addition, Padavano has been selected to serve as the BOMA International Chairman-Elect in 2005/2006.
This award honors a member who has demonstrated leadership skills, participated in local, regional and international activities as an officer or committee member, contributed time and talent to the local community, published articles on his/her field, and shown an interest in keeping up to date by participating in educational programs in the previous calendar year.

Kurt Padavano is responsible for servicing a portfolio of five million square feet of assets throughout New Jersey, Boston and Washington, D.C. He additionally directs the business operations for a total employee base of 115 associates in the areas of human resources, information technology, insurance and risk management and due diligence processes, among others.
Mr. Padavano is a highly respected educator in the industry. He has also represented the industry by providing professional testimony to both senate and assembly committees in the State of New Jersey. Mr. Padavano has been recognized by NJBiz magazine as one of the top “Forty Under 40”, awarded to the most dynamic and influential business professionals under the age of 40. He also received the “Lifetime Achievement Award” from the Boy Scouts of America in 2002 for his commitment and contributions to the Patriots Path Council and the over 20,000 Scouts it serves.
Kurt Padavano has served as chairman of the Regional Owners Council, and a member of BOMA International’s Executive Committee, State Association Committee, and the Board of Governors. He served as BOMA International Vice Chairman last year. At BOMA/New Jersey he served as president and chaired the Government Affairs, Education, Investment, and Utility Deregulation/Aggregation Committees.
