Advance Realty Recognizes Washington D.C. Commercial Brokers With Trip to The Masters Golf Tournament
Group of 10 Commercial Brokers Selected For Outstanding Contributions
Advance Realty, a leading Northeast U.S. owner and developer of Class A office, mixed-use and flex-space properties, recently recognized the outstanding achievements of 10 of the Washington D.C. Metro area’s commercial real estate brokers with “Advance to the Masters,” a complimentary trip to attend this year’s Masters Tournament.
The trip was part of Advance’s annual commercial broker recognition program, which congratulates those real estate professionals who significantly contribute to the leasing success at Advance’s Washington D.C. area commercial real estate holdings.
Held annually at the Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Ga., The Masters dates back to 1934 and is one of four major championships in professional golf.
Area brokers in attendance included Ken Fellows and Rob Pugh of Edge Commercial Real Estate; Terry Reiley, Carter Byrnes, Henry Chapman and Dan Falls of CB Richard Ellis; Wil Pace of Akridge; Matt Bundy of Transwestern; Junius Tillery of UGL Equis; and Jim Mullen of Kent Commercial Real Estate.

For attendees, the three-day trip included a Captain’s Choice format round of golf at the historic Palmetto Golf Course, a cocktail hour and private dinner at Aiken’s exclusive Houndslake Country Club, visits to a Master’s practice round in Augusta and the famous Par-3 Tournament and a putting contest at the Palmetto Golf Club.
The trip was capped off with the brokers attending a memorable first round of The Masters.
