Advance Realty Signs Fitz & Floyd to 429 Riverview Plaza in Trenton, N.J.
Home Décor Designer and Manufacturer Relocates from Texas
Advance Realty, a leading Northeast U.S. owner and developer of Class A office, mixed-use and flex-space properties, today announced that Fitz & Floyd, Inc., has signed a lease at 429 Riverview Plaza, its two-story, 30,394-square-foot Class A office building in Trenton, N.J.

The lease marks a relocation of Fitz & Floyd’s office operations from Texas. The company is a leading designer and manufacturer of hand painted ceramic giftware, tableware, home decor accessories, home fragrance and collectibles.

429 Riverview Plaza is currently more than 60 percent leased. Notable tenants of the building include Public Strategies Impact, a leading government relations firm, and Gluck Walrath, LLP, one of the region’s top law offices.
