Advance Realty Signs Intersections, Inc. to More Than 88,000 SF Lease: One of Largest New Office Leases in Northern Virginia
Advance Realty, a leading Northeast U.S. owner and developer of Class A office properties and mixed-use developments, today announced that it has secured a tenant for one of the largest new leases executed in Northern Virginia. Intersections, Inc. signed a long-term lease for 88,273 square feet, with the company to occupy 69,564 square feet at 3901 Stonecroft Boulevard and 18,709 square feet at 14700 Avion Parkway, both within the Avion Business Park in Chantilly Va.
Strategically located in Northern Virginia’s dynamic Route 28 South submarket, only four miles from Dulles International Airport, Avion Business Park is a 188-acre office park that features a deli, fitness center and three miles of jogging trails with fitness stations. The park also offers convenient access to the area’s major thoroughfares including the Dulles Toll Road, Interstate 66, and the capital beltway.
“In relocating its corporate headquarters from another location within Chantilly, Intersections chose Avion Business Park due to the creative deal structure in conjunction with the quality of the buildings in which they’ll be moving into, as well as the amenities available within the business park,” said David Fisher, senior vice president and regional managing director of Advance’s Washington, D.C., region. “Advance Realty will also supply both modular work stations and other office furniture at no additional charge, thus creating up front savings for Intersections.”
