Epilepsy Foundation Leases 32,647-SF at Advance Realty Group’s 8301 Professional Place at Metro East Business Campus in Landover, MD
REPRESENTS FIRST LEASE AFTER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
Advance Realty Group, a Bedminster , New Jersey-based commercial real estate owner and developer, has announced The Epilepsy Foundation has signed a new lease for 32,647 square feet of space at 8301 Professional Place at Metro East Business Campus in Landover, MD. The Company will use this space as its headquarters location.
This marks the first lease signed at the Class A office facility since the recent completion of a major lobby renovation. The new finishes package at 8301 Professional Place, designed by DBI Architects, includes a patterned multi-color granite floor, faux finish accent wall incorporated into a dramatic wall system with reveals, mahogany accent panels all highlighted by architectural light pendants.
David Fisher , senior vice president and regional managing director for the Washington, D.C. region, served as Advance’s in-house leasing representative for this transaction, while Jim Cahill of The Staubach Company and Martin Griffin of Grubb & Ellis served as outside brokers.
