As Principal & Chief Operating Officer, Dan is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization and execution of all development, management, and construction projects across the portfolio. Dan leads a vertically integrated team of in-house professionals responsible for execution through all phases of development from inception through stabilization.
Dan joined Advance from from Structure Tone Inc., in New York City in 2016. Over the past 10 years Dan has led the successful development and entitlements of over 4,000 apartments and delivery of key projects in the portfolio. With a robust pipeline of residential, industrial, life-science, retail and mixed-use developments, Advance is well positioned for sustainable growth for years to come.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University where he was a member of the Princeton Men’s Lacrosse Team and today serves as an Alumni Mentor for the program, and holds an MS in Real Estate Development from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. Dan is a member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO) Integrated New Jersey Chapter.
