“Giant” Deal: Advance Realty Group Secures Giant of Maryland for Over 53,000 Square-Foot Lease In Landover
Top 2006 Lease in Prince George’s County
Advance Realty Group, a leading Northeast US owner and developer of Class A office properties, today announced that it has secured the largest lease of 2006 in Prince George’s County, with Giant of Maryland signing a 10-year, 53,556-square-foot lease at 8301 Professional Place at Metro East Business Campus in Landover, Maryland. Giant will move approximately 250 employees to 8301 Professional Place at the end of this year.
David Fisher, senior vice president and regional managing director for Advance’s Washington, D.C. region secured this transaction. Ken Fellows of Scheer Partners represented Advance while Morgan Sullivan of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Giant.
