We are proud to support the Cocoziello Institute of Real Estate Innovation at Penn State—a groundbreaking initiative founded by our own Peter Cocoziello. Since its launch, the Institute has awarded multi-year seed grants to interdisciplinary teams addressing critical issues such as next-generation building materials, climate-resilient housing, smart home systems for aging populations, AI-powered digital twins, and ESG-informed infrastructure design.
Launched in December 2024, this collaborative event brought students from across engineering, business, law, computer science, and design together to co-create the Institute’s future programming. Themes like sustainability, career development, and research collaboration emerged from the process.
