Advance Realty Investors was awarded the designation of Redeveloper for a 50-acre site in Bound Brook, New Jersey, and subsequently secured the rights to develop a 105,000-square-foot community center and 140 apartment units. Recognizing the property’s strategic location and the community’s need for a quality supermarket and shopping center, Advance partnered with the Borough of Bound Brook to bring the project to life.
